Im 15 years old. Im 5"11 and half or 6"0 and weigh 153 lbs. I play football and i made Varsity my freshmen year. So going into football again this year i am going up against these big linemen and im going to get killed. Also in the weight room im always the one lifting the least. I have also bought a supplement called Muscle Milk. Can anyone please help me with a workout routine or anything? Please i am very serious about getting stronger. Thank you for your help
