Ovulation test?

i went and got some ovulation strips and i've use them for 2 months now and it still show the same thing.... one dark dark pink line and a very very lite lite you cann't bering see it sorry about my spelling. my sister in law took one and it didn't even work someone tell me what going on oh i forgot to say i took a pg test and it had a + sign and went away to a - sign and that was last month i had a period jan 30 and it lasted intill feb 1
