My budgie won't let my other bugdie eat.WHAT SHOULD I DO.?

I have hadj ust one budgie for two years now, a few days ago I bought a other budgie. When he try's to eat my two year old budgie comes and starts to bit him, so he cant eat .WHAT SHOULD I DO.
