What would make my comp reboot when using voice chat?

Everytime i try to use Voice chat,like ingame wow VC, or vent, or yahoo with voice...anything, everytime i click call or connect the second i click it my comp reboots...use to work, but i rebuilt my comp new motherboard,proccessor,fans,Gcard,Harddr… that good stuff...help lol.
