Does this guy like me, or should i just get over it?

so, there's this guy i like (we are both 16), and i thought that he liked me too, because we were just hangin around (at church) and he was just staring at me. and i said "what" and turned away, but he kept looking at me (like, my eyes) and when he was sitting next to me, out arms and knees were touching, and he didnt move. and he kinda flirts with me sometimes. but everyone says he likes this other girl, and he got kind of flustered when someone teased him about it. so im not sure. (oh, and please dont post anything if you are just going to be mean)
