Can dad cut the cord when baby is delivered via c-section?

My c-section is scheduled for Thursday (YAY!). I've had two previous c-sections, the first was almost 9 years ago, and it was an emergency after a labor induction, and her father was too queasy to cut the cord. My second c-section was scheduled, but as soon as my son was born, the doc knew something was wrong, so he cut the cord, and immediately ped my son off to the pediatric team. Now, I am scheduled to have my third c-section, and so far, there are no indicators that anything will be wrong with me or my daughter, therefore, as long as everything is "normal", will my fiance have the opportunity to cut the cord?
