Girls, would you be creeped out by this dating tactic?

Alright, I just want to start off by saying that I'm not a creeper or a stalker or a loser haha. Here's the story: I go to Oklahoma State University and last week me and a bunch of people in my fraternity went to Florida for spring break. When we were like an hour away we stopped at a Subway to eat and the girl that worked there was probably the most beautiful girl I have ever seen and I felt something, like some kind of connection like we are meant to be together (as cheesy and cliche as that sounds lol) but I didn't really talk to her much because we were in a hurry and I was with so many other guys. I can't stop thinking about her and knowing that I'm in Oklahoma and she's in Florida is really tearing me up inside. So my question is this: If I called Subway to talk to her and get her "real" number and just told her how I feel, maybe mail her some flowers and a picture of me, and invite her to dinner next time I was down in Florida, would that be a good idea or would she be completed creeped out by it? Any suggestions by the ladies would be greatly appreciated because I really want to know what all of y'alls point of view is. Thanks so much!
