I do not wish my children any to receive any .of my estate?

Have been treated badly by my children and do not wish to leave them anything when I die. Sadly in Scotland a will to that effect is worthless. I have to have a protective property trust set up and have had 2 quotes - one of almost �3000 and one of �249.Wouldn`t like to be ripped of but how can I check the lesser price is ok. I would probably need a `bank loan` for the more expensive one as monies tied up in my home. Just a long shot but thought all you knowledgable people out there just might know. Thanks
