I not sure if this boy likes me or not he did but ages ago?

I really fancy and like this boy for quite a while. I asked him out but at the start of the year and he said maybe in a couple months. Now everyone is going out even him. He's been chatty with me but we're good friends. My friend told him I liked him and he said me may fancy me. So tomorrow it'll be so awkard at school, i want him to, so I need a few little flirty but sutil things to nuged him to like me! What should I do I dont want to ask him out.
