My tank just got cycled, when should I start cleaning it?

My tank had a lot of nitrite and ammonia in it, but after a few weeks of adding medication, it finally got down and my tank water is in perfect condition. It's a ten gallon, with seven fish. When should I start cleaning it again? I don't want to start the process over again.
