Why did I pee blood??

This morning i woke up and i went pee and it was a reddish brown color, I didn't feel any pain when ever it came out and i umed that it was blood. Yesterday and the day before me and my friend "ruff-housed" a bit. Yesterday I ate: a waffle, a banana, a miniature box of cereal thing, apple juice, a sour spray candy, fairly hot wings (which would probably be very hot to most people), water, 1 hamburger, a tiny bit of potato salad, and a piece of cake. I do masturbate often and i am a male. Yesterday i d and it did not hurt. My does not feel any pain right now. Yesterday i felt a little light headed and stuffed up. I took 1 allergy pill. Please help!
