Would it be at all relevant to separate the religious and non religious by territory?

That might ease the tension and perhaps even shed some light on how well these Religions would hold up with only supporters. One might conceivably go out on a limb and designate Iceland to the religious, Greenland to the nonreligious, and then someone could really go for the gold by digging up some famous guy, like Abe Lincoln's corpse and let it rule over the remainder of the world and all its surviving animals.
