Help!!! Can anyone give me advice on the best,cheapest and easiest way to travel from Cardiff to St Pancras??

Going to Disneyland Paris in November and need to find out the best way from home...driving,by bus or train.Have looked into it but doesn't seem to be straight forward whatever we choose.Has anyone done this and what did they find the best way???Please help!!!
