Someone tried to access my Facebook-account?

Someone, presumably my ex-boyfriend, tried to access my Facebook account at five o'clock in the morning. Knowing my e-mail address, the person had also sent three requests for a new pword. Is there any way I can obtain the IP-address or any other information on who it was that made these attempts?
