Movie where boy is nerdy and wipes cheetos on his shirt?

i cant remember any part of this movie [ especially the title!] but it has a boy in it who's really nerdy and sloppy. he wears on down shirts and half of it is tucked in while the other half is not. in one part he wipes cheetos on his shirt. if you know this movie, please tell me the title!
